Summary: We didn’t receive any housekeeping for our 3 night stay. House keeping did show up one afternoon and I asked if he could come back 30 minutes later after we left and he said his shift was over then.

Summary: Your buffet needs improvement. No way it’s worth $50 per adult. The waffles are hard. I’d suggest trying the one at the fairmont as a comparison for the price. Really yours shouldn’t be more than $30

Summary: Fabulous hotel/resort. Rooms are great. Customer service focused. We had a noise issue with our first room and management found us another room in a quiet area.

Summary: We were greeted by Megan at the front desk, who was more than helpful and treated us to a bottle of wine and some fresh berries as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. The property is convenient, clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were a little crowded as it was the long weekend so there were a lot of kids in the pool splashing around and having a blast. Not sure if they have an adult only hour but that would be my only recommendation. Overall, a fantastic stay.

Summary: Always a great experience at the Westin. Customer service was fantastic. We had an issue with our room (close to the elevator so it was loud in our bedroom at night for our toddler) so they offered to move us right away. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
